The period for the submission of permits provided for in Act No. 189 of 16 December 2020 (Act on the Declaration of Financial Interests and the Punishment of Illicit Enrichment) is extended until 31 March 2021.
Additionally, all legal, judicial and contractual deadlines which must be abided by all public and private persons for the exercise of rights have been suspended. Whether these deadlines are formal or procedural, their effect extends during the period of the lockdown.
