SADER Announces Strategic Partnership to Preserve Dr. Edouard Eid’s Legal Legacy

SADER has signed a long-term agreement with the heirs of Dr. Edouard Eid, one of Lebanon’s most distinguished jurists. His works have shaped generations of lawyers, judges, and legal scholars.

Under this agreement, SADER will manage, publish, and update his complete body of work, including key treatises in civil procedure, evidence, commercial law, property, and administrative law. His writings will also be integrated into leading legal databases and AI applications, ensuring his legacy continues to guide the legal community.

The Eid family highlighted that choosing SADER was “a cultural and ethical decision” to ensure the highest standards of preservation and dissemination.

وقّعت صادر اتفاقية طويلة الأمد مع ورثة الدكتور عيد، أحد أبرز القانونيين في لبنان. فقد شكّلت مؤلفاته أجيالًا من المحامين والقضاة والباحثين القانونيين.

بموجب الاتفاقية، ستتولى صادر إدارة ونشر وتحديث جميع أعماله، بما في ذلك المؤلفات الأساسية في أصول المحاكمات المدنية، الإثبات، القانون التجاري، الحقوق العقارية، والقانون الإداري. كما سيتم دمج أعماله ضمن قواعد البيانات القانونية وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي لضمان استمرار إرثه في توجيه المجتمع القانوني.

وأكد جوزف صادر، الرئيس التنفيذي: “هذه شراكة تمثل شرفًا ومسؤولية في آنٍ معًا ، التزام بحفظ إرث قانوني صاغ أجيالًا من القانونيين.”

وقالت عائلة عيد إن اختيارها صادر كان “قرارًا ثقافيًا وأخلاقيًا” لضمان أعلى معايير الحفظ والنشر.
